CONTROVERSIES

ram charan movieRam Charan, a megastar, attracted controversy in 2013 after ordering his security staff to beat up two software workers in Hyderabad. He received a lot of flak because the fight had left the techies with minor wounds.

One of the most respected actors in the Telugu cinema industry is Ram Charan. He is a straightforward, wise, and kind individual. He avoids controversy at all costs. However, he was extremely aggressive at the beginning of his career and had made headlines for the wrong reasons, such as physical and verbal fights. Due to his conflict with the techies, he had run into trouble.

He was taking his wife, Upasana, out to lunch in Banjara Hills back in May 2013. On Road No. 1, he had to slow down close to the signal. Kalyan and Phanish, two software developers, got into a fight over who should get the side of his car. When the two began taking pictures of him, the irate actor had to ask his bodyguards to deal with them.

Ram Charan discussed the incident with the media and said, “It began to feel uncomfortable. It was starting to annoy me, so I motioned for them to move. They chose to be disrespectful instead, which irritated me. I asked my security to deal with them after they treated my wife and me crudely. They were barefoot, enthusiastic, and had a slightly disheveled appearance.”

The celebrity position of the megastar Chiranjeevi’s son, according to reports, caused him to act in a haughty manner. The megastar, however, had refuted these allegations. If I were to act in that manner,

perhaps I would have started the commotion myself rather than requesting my security to handle it, he had replied.

ram charan rrrHowever, several media outlets said that the actor was the one who attacked the techies. When discussing it, Ram Charan said, “It’s inaccurate to claim that I beat them (Phanish and Kalyan).

There was a small altercation between those two people and my security guards. I support my bodyguards, who were hurt in the altercation as well.”

The techies visited the Banjara Hills Police Station following the alleged event, however, they did not file a report. “They mistreated me and tried to file a complaint at the police station, but they didn’t,” the performer claimed. Even though I had the power to protest, I refrained from doing so because I didn’t want to jeopardize their careers.”

Ram Charan had accused a part of the media of misrepresenting him by altering his appearance. He asked that this incident not be covered in more detail by the media.
